Npcc Chalet!

I am posting about the NPCC chalet, at Costa Sands Pasir Ris.

It is from 8-10 december, monday-wednesday. To go there, we will be meeting at Yishun bus interchange at 2pm on monday. Please look for Soon Huat and Jacky.

Please be punctual.

Things to bring:
Money! (note that, meals are not provided, except on the BBQ.)
Clothes
Any entertainment devices

Things we might do:
Watch movie
Play LAN
Cycle or roller blade
Bowling
Entertain ourselves in the Chalet
Eat

Pls bring ur own entertainment devices, like, cards, or any that u think is possible to play in the place.

Chalet

Finally i am about to post in this blog!

This is about the unit chalet that is on 8-10 december, which is monday to wednesday

It is at Coasta Sands Resort at Pasir Ris. On the second day we will be having a BBQ at Pasir Ris Park.

The cost is:
Staying for 3day 2 night, $30
Staying for 2day one night, $20
Coming only for the BBQ, $10

please bring the money on the upcoming npcc activity and pass it to Glenn!

POP

Sorry for not posting these few months.. well.. today is POP where the sec 4s are relieved of their duties.. i hope that everyone had enjoyed the performance by individual squads and learnt as well as bonded together..

NCO course is over!!!

Cheer competition

We took part in the Cheer competition in the Singapore Indoor Stadium today.. Hope everyone had fun! It was hot there and i hope everyone gets enough water today.. Drink up more..

We started at 11.30am those that were early.. sorry as it might have been a miscommunication and for all the last min changes..

I believe everybody did their best during the competition.. and hopefully we can win!
I really liked to thank the recreations department for their support and enthusiasm during this competition.. Chee Hong, a great recre department member is being reposted to the Logistic department because they needed more people.. he will always be a member of the recre and publications department in our hearts..

Next time when instructions are given, please execute it fast and do not question it, for e.g, cheering in the indoor stadium..

Promotion parade

Today is promotion parade.. although it started quite late.. it is not too bad.. badges given out..
3rd class drill badge,

That is about all.. for those who got their badges.. continue working hard and excel..
For those who did not achieve what they wanted.. try to find out your mistakes, try correcting it and then try harder.. It is not the end of the world but instead failure always make you learn and you will be able to do better the next time if you are willing to learn..

Exams are over

The exams are over! and the holidays are coming! today's activity was kind of last minute.. Sec1s had a talk on Uniform etiquette and i think they had quite abit of fun.. Sec2s were having footdrill which seems to be improving.

Today we had a combined uniform group parade! Soon Huat was the parade commander, jiajun was our contingent commander.. Thanks everyone for helping out at the parade..

Okay, the NPAP on last Saturday was a success! :D
Thanks so much to those Sec 3s who participated in the parade.
Basil, JieHan, CheeHong, WeiQin, Gavin were in the supporting contigent.
And not to forget, JiaJun! He did us so proud by being such a good flag bearer. He hold our school flag so straight, like the straightest of all? Hahas.
Those in the supporting contigent were oso very good lar (:
Anyway, they've put in so much effort and trained very hard for this parade. Their efforts had paid off. (;

Sry for the late update.. the activities are getting shorter all the time.. hope everyone does things quickly so that they can learn as much as possible.. please remember to be early as we do not want any of u all to miss out on instructions..

Those helping out on tuesday pls be punctual at 2.30pm at Yishun stadium.. go in and wait in Pt kit.. the sec3s might be slightly late becoz we are gonna be let off at 2.05 but we will try our best to make it on time xD yups~ dun be late.. dun want to punish u all..

Girls please be reminded not to wear coloured hair accessories during NP and in school(There is a rule on it) please do not give us sec3s a chance to punish u all..

Sec1 orientation camp

The sec1 orientation camp is just over.. the camp coordinators are Jacky and Wei Bin.. at first the community singing was great! everyone was enthusiastic and lively it was fun to teach such a crowd but too bad my throat was not too well tat day.. the games seem to be fun.. most of us say that the freefall is the best game amongst those... during games.. the discipline slacken alot.. everyone was ill-disciplined.. alot other language next to english and a few cadets even talk back to us instructors... very dissapointed in them..the campfire was great although it was raining.. we had an indoor campfire with a kerosene lamp.. it was quite successful although it was a little short...

2nd day had hike to Lower Seletar Reservoir.. during the way there, alot of gaps.. can be improved alot hopefully all those who read these will understand.. then the ball games.. for soccer, 3 sec1 boys got injured by a falling goal post.. hope they are alright...
